Hey there! I’m Ashley.
My interest in the arts started early.
Growing up, I spent most of my time writing/singing songs, trying to convince my friends to perform songs or random movie scenes with me, and making home videos with my sisters. When I got to college, I found TV Production, where I was able to start zeroing-in on my creativity.
Throughout my time at the University of Central Florida, I went from being a new volunteer on a college TV show to being the executive producer of it, and I had the opportunity to intern at multiple production companies in Orlando, FL. After college, I continued to pursue TV production, mainly focusing on post production. Most recently, I worked as a Digital Asset Coordinator at VICE Media.
Now that I’ve been working in post production for a few years, I’m in a place where I want to step out of my comfort zone and take on more responsibility in production or post production—whether that’s through coordinating or managing. I’ve also started learning UX Design through Google’s UX Design Certificate and I’m excited to start combining these new skills with my TV production background.
